Cordell is an exceptional dark male that we added to our breeding program here at Black Forest Alpacas. We bought him at the Futurity auction 2010 from Magical Farms. His sire is PC Running Late 557, a very big name herdsire especially back East, and his grand herdsire is 6Peruvian Accoyo Titan. On his dam's side, he has MFI Peruvian Black Mesquite and 4Peruvian Matador bloodlines. We are extremely excited about his fiber and histogram and look forward to using Cordell to make vast improvements to our brown and dark breeding program. Paginop is out of Ross and Grandsire is Pluro.. Paginop is all white with the exception of a light fawn mark on her topnot. In 2011, she had Sonata, a beautiful dark brown girl. Once again, we repeated the breeding to Cordell, and this time we got Garrett. He is very promising. In 2013, we were very pleased with her pairing with our multi-award winning Blackforest's Mount Rainier.
