There are no words; this boy has it all. Laszlo is truly an exceptional alpaca. As he ages, he maintains extraordinary brightness and density and incredible uniformity. We absolutely love and cherish this boy. We can’t wait to see his cria in 2024. As judge Frauke Berman said while awarding him his white male color champion, “This male just really has it all. He really is the ideal representation of what the true huacaya alpaca should be.” Judge Amanda VandenBosch said when judging him in walking fleece, “He really is extraordinary. The uniformity he had is really amazing. It goes from shoulder to belly. The density and brightness are also great. Also considering how he looks I would love to use him as a breeder.” Judge Laurel Shouvlin said while awarding him first place, “He is beautifully built, really up right, and gorgeous substance of bone. The phenotype is also great. All his conformational traits and fleece traits are deserving of his blue ribbon.” Laszlo’s dam sadly passed away at age 17. We hope Laszlo can withhold his dam’s legacy!! Genotype: ee Aa2 (Covers Black!!!!) GRADE 1 AT AGE JUVIE GRADE 2 AT AGE 1 GRADE 2 AT AGE 2

Service Sire: Ironhide Vapor

11X Champion & Grade 0 Most Uniform!!!

Ironhide Vapor

HuacayaJr. Herdsire (Male)Medium Rose Grey
AOA# 35595342DOB: 5/9/20232 yrs
Co-Owned between Ironhide Alpacas & Aspen Alpaca Company in Idaho. He will be standing stud in Colorado from October to May and in Idaho from May to September. Limited introductory breedings will be available at both farms! Ironhide Vapor is a young male packed with ELITE color genetics and a show-ring résumé to back it up! His dam, Red Granites Vida, is a roan daughter of the legendary Kirwin—a 13-time champion and one of the most influential brown males in U.S. breeding history. Vida’s dam is a daughter of Snowmass MR Sizlin Rose and out of MSA Valpolicella, a 3-time champion brown female who anchored our foundation herd for a decade. Valpolicella produced a range of champions from white to black, including the likes of Copaca’s Summit and his only cria, Red Granites Pennacle, a 3-time white champion/Best Bred & Owned winner now owned by Deja Vu Alpacas. This maternal line continues to leave a legacy of consistency, color, and champion production. Vapor’s sire, Red Granites Aragon, is a 3-time AOA National Fawn Champion known for maintaining a micron range of 14–18 throughout his life. Aragon's fleece has a vicuña-like character, and he’s sired by the great CCNF Legionnaire, a Futurity and National Champion whose genetics are widely respected both in North America and internationally—including at EP Cambridge Alpaca Stud in Australia. Too boot, Aragon won a Judges' Choice at 8-years-old, proving his longevity of positive fiber traits. Structurally, Vapor stands out with his strong bone, great frame, and highly refined, “typey” huacaya appearance. He is perfectly proportioned with a perfect bite. His fleece mirrors his genetics: bright, fine, uniform, and dense. He has already proven himself in the ring with 11 championship banners, including two at AOA Nationals, one in walking fleece and another in the AOA National IFA Show. To boot, he won the Most Uniform for Grade 0 fleece at the National IFA Show with a micron variance of just 0.3 - INCREDIBLE!! Now, take a look at his 2025 samples done by Ian Watt with a OFDA2000, those are some scary good numbers for a 24-month old folks!! He’s just getting started. Look for him in the rings Fall 2025 to Spring 2026! Color Genotype: EE a2a3 (non-grey) Ironhide Vapor will produce medium fawn to true black depending on how he is bred, he will never produce white/light. In addition, he will pass down an "a" allele to all of his progeny, so they will all cover black. Fleece Description Incredibly soft handling fleece. Wonderful uniformity of micron, his primary to secondary ratio is exceptionally good. He also carries through with brightness, and a wonderful crimp style + above average staple length.
