Helios's pedigree is a 'Who's Who' of the alpaca world. The best of the west with Snowmass Quechua and Snowmass Royal Rose. The beasts of the east with TGF Supreme Summit, Supernova, CCNF Archangel, and TKO's King of the Ladies. With those bloodlines running thru him he has some big shoes to fill but we think he is up to the task. He came out large at 20 pounds and was quickly up, walking and ready to eat. His fiber has density, crimp and length. His second sheering produced 13.5 lbs of fleece. We are excited to see how Helios continues to grow and develop. **UPDATE** As of August, he has settled two females. We are very excited to see his progeny.

Gwen is the daughter of the famous Wolverine from Chase Tavern Farm. She has great conformation and color genetics, and so far she has produced all colors of cria (DF, MB, LRG)- even when bred with white! One of Gwen’s unique traits is that she will gladly let us pat her on the neck and back. We love this about her! Her loving nature has earned her the nickname Momma Gwen as she is the matriarch of the herd. While Gwen is pregnant, she’s not as free with her favors, but she is an excellent mom and nurturer. Her latest cria Libertas Glowing Ember has EPDs in the top 5%! Gwen is currently entertaining the affections of several suitors on the farm, and will choose the father of her next cria this spring. :)
