Tara had her first cria in May 2021 and we could not be more pleased! Tara has been a very attentive mother with lots of milk. Her daughter Talia has been such a joy and has gone on to win 2 banners and multiple ribbons. Tara was bred to Autumn Sun's Black Maelstrom for a May 2022 cria and we were blessed with Peaches and Cream! When we met the Rogers family at an alpaca show we knew we were ready to let our girls leave the state for an outside breeding. I have always been hesitant about my girls leaving, but when I met Jessica I knew my girls would be ok. Tara when to Washington State with her daughter Talia and returned back home to California, safe, sound, and pregnant!!!! On November 12, 2025, Tara delivered this healthy 17# girl and we could not be more pleased. 2025 marked our 20th year in the alpaca industry and we have continued with our designer name theme. We chose the name Ambrosio after Italian designer Gilda Ambrosio. Thought it was fitting with her sire being Giovanni. Ambrosio, aka Gilda is an amazing lil sprite! Healthy, athletic, and a cherished addition to our herd.
