11/15/25 Weight: 155.8 Bandit is not fearful of people and we use him for our Alpaca Walking Tours. He loves eating from the hands of guests and is quite the charmer! Recently he has decided he doesn't like people standing behind him and just might kick his leg out. (just a heads up! :) ) If you are looking for outdoor herd animals, a companion for another male or for the fertilizer they produce, Bandit is a great deal If however you are breeding for fleece quality, we would not recommend him for that purpose. While his confirmation is good and he has no defects, his fiber is less than stellar. 2024 EPDS show this Mean fiber Diameter at 31.6 microns, with its Comfort Factor only being at 46.30. This is one precious Dam! She is such a good mama and has a very laid back demeanor. Her name "Black Satin" was given because her fleece appeared much darker than what it was. Her registration also shows Bay Black as the color for that reason, but clearly she is a Medium Brown (the pictures don't lie! :) ). Her dam was sired by Royal Exposure (look him up - he's pretty impressive!) For fleece detail please see uploaded Histogram but her 2025 Shearing yielded 4.9lbs of fleece. 1st Cut (her blanket) weighed in at 3.5lbs , with crimp being 3.25" Her current weight as of12/5/25 was 182 On June 28th, 2025 she gave birth to a beautiful female cria - Eliora Mae! - It was her 2nd cria! Both Beautiful! Her 1st cria was born 6/2/24 (Oriana Joy) and now lives in Concord VA with her new family. We believe she is pregnant and due beginning of June 2026
