HuacayaHerdsire (Male)Bay Black
AOA# 35237709DOB: 6/25/20178 yrs
Nocino's first cria is here and he is a handsome little guy! Much darker than his dam - true black! A fantastic head and quite healthy. His second cria is also darker than her dam with incredible density and such vigor.
Daytona's Nocino is a junior herdsire with an "Advanced Fleece". He has won top awards, including black male Color Champion at the 2019 AOA National Fleece Show and Judge's Choice from the AAWO Spin-Off. Nocino produces truly amazing fleeces each year (over 6 lbs of blanket!). The density with across blanket uniformity is above and beyond.
Nocino's sire, multi-champion Crescent Moon's Daytona, consistently produced a high percentage of black offspring along with other beautiful colors like maroon and grey. He passed his incredible density and uniformity to offspring along with a well-balanced conformation. Plus he and his offspring are holding their fineness year after year.
Nocino's dam, AHarmony's Juliaetta, is a top ribbon winner with her fleece as well, with a fineness of 19.2 microns at 4 years of age and only 1.4% over 30. She has wonderful bone substance and a stunningly beautiful head. Her genetics hold depth in fineness (Rico Suave and Victor), and strong color including black and grey. She is producing truly advanced offspring.

Dam: Sweet Pines Infiniti
Description
This gorgeous young female came to Talen Ranch in April 2024 and we are pleased to have her as a part of our program. Soleil has an incredibly abundant and beautiful fine fleece. The fleece is notable for its shine, wonderful crimp, length, very nice bundling, and impressive density.
Soleil's dam, Sweet Pines Infiniti, is dense, uniform, fine fleeces. Infiniti is a daughter of Alpaca Adventure's Milano, who won Get of Sire with Infiniti in the ring - the judges were impressed!
Soleil's sire, Daytona's Nocino, was awarded the Black Color Champion title in the AOA National Fleece Show, and also received an Advanced Fleece Award. Nocino has all the qualities of a champion, including density, uniformity, beautiful character, and length. He also has a strong bone structure and a well-balanced conformation, making him a handsome stud. Nocino comes from a lineage of award-winning parents, including a multi-champion sire and grandsire, which makes his bloodlines excellent.
Soleil is expected to be an excellent producer and has been bred to Flare's Incan Nightfire (FIN) for a cria due in 2024.
Soleil's service sire, FlN, is also a top award-winner. His modern grey color makes such wonderful yarn. Given both FIN's and Soleil's genetic background, the color outcome of this pairing is anyone's guess but could definitely include grey or black!
Stay tuned!
